Welcome to my site, my name is Sandra, which means "the brave defender of man". Vow to improve was born on 21st November 2014 in Brighton, United Kingdom. I was suffering from Repetitive Strain Injury for a year, I came home on a Friday evening, feeling empty, at a loss. I knew I wanted to do something good, but I didn't know what exactly.
